Day 21, Kenp X again. Kenpo is still one of the easier workouts so I went out and got some weighted gloves today. They did help for the beginning of the workouts but as it progressed I felt like they weren't as beneficial, but who knows.
Diet is finally back on track clean and getting lots of calories.
Bring on the recovery week because I'm ready to go. yoga tomorrow which is so long that it will suck. Until the next time...
