Day 17

So p90x Day 17 was today. It was shoulders and Arms and ARX, which I killed. Increased weight and reps once again on most exercises. The one I didn't increase reps on was Chairdips and I added the leg raise instead, next go around I'm going to do the 2 chair approach.

Diet is good, ran out of dinner proteins and looks like I'll be out of my lunch proteins for tomorrow as well, time for another trip to Sam's Club. On another note I'm ready to start consuming more carbs.

Yoga tomorrow, I really don't enjoy yoga and I know my arms will be killing me, it's gonna be a challenge for sure.

I'm about to sign up for a half marathon for April 11th Hopefully EB will be here too, I know my other friends doing p90x have already signed up.
