Today, day 7 Kenpo X! Kenpo is one of the funner work outs but it doesn't feel like much of a workout. However after doing it today I have changed my mind, I was thinking of finding another cardio routine to take place of Kenpo but actually doing it showed me how much work it was and how much better I felt afterward was also a plus. I'll be sticking with Kenpo throughout the program. Today I'll be over a bit on my fats because I have a steak in my fridge that needs to be cooked. Anyway Chest and Back to crush tomorrow then the University starts back up Tuesday so I'll be fitting my workouts around class. Until the next time, Keep pressing play.
