P90X day 1 down.

Today marked the start of a 90 day journey. I'm going to bring this blog to you in three sections.
1. What is P90X?
2. My diet for the day.
3. My workout for the day.

1. To those of you who don't know P90X is an intense 90 day fitness program. The workouts paired with the diet are aimed at giving you a full body transformation.

2. At this stage in p90x my goals are 50% Proteins, 30% Carbs, and 20% Fats. For breakfast I had 1 cup of Oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of reduced fat creamy peanut butter, and 1 scoop of whey isolate 28. After my workout I had the P90X results and recovery formula. That's all I've had so far today. Will update the rest in my next blog.

3. Today was Chest and Back and ARX. A rigorous upper body workout filled with push ups and pull ups. It was difficult for me to get through it all as I haven't worked out in a while.
