Day 15

Absolutely destroyed Chest and Back today, it's sad to think I only do this workout 2 more times in the whole 90 days. My arms are toast right now I really worked them. On the back exercises that used weights I maxed out my Select Techs, doing 52.5 Lbs on all but one set of back flys in which I did 45 Lbs.

My diet's been clean today and I've been keeping on schedule.

Plyo tomorrow and I'm ready to kill that exercise. Until the next time... Press Play, Bring It, and Obliterate Your Goals.
