Day 10

Today was round 2 of Shoulders and Arms. Last time I did this I was at Eric's place and didn't have my weights, but this round was a different story. This workout is definitely my favorite. I crushed my numbers from last time going up to 35Lbs with weight on some exercises where as last time the maximum weight we had was 25Lbs. I have to say the first time I did P90X I liked the triceps exercises the most, but this time around I like the shoulder ones much better.

My diet was awesome today, but I'm still not getting a second snack. I need to find a decent snack for after lunch that isn't a protein bar. Check out what I had today here... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/aranaukin

Yoga X tomorrow and I'm kind of looking forward to it. I feel like I need to stretch out. Until the next time, keep bringing it and pressing play.
