Day 2 - Plyometric Paralysis

After this workout my legs are like putty. Traveling up and down my stairs to mix my recovery drink was torture after the brutal workout my legs went through. I firmly believe that Plyometrics is the hardest workout in all of P90X.

Today for breakfast once again I had 1 cup of Oatmeal with a scoop of whey isolate 28, this time I didn't add peanut butter because I was out, will be going to the store soon to stock up.

After my workout I had my Results and Recovery Formula.

Then I had a 12 oz coffee from Starbucks with a tablespoon of half and half and 2 packets of 0 calorie sweetener.

For my final meal I had a Subway Salad with a Double portion of chicken and golden Italian dressing.

I haven't gotten Myfitnesspal set up completely yet but I will soon and when I do I'll update my caloric intake and ratios of proteins, carbs and fats.
