Yoga done today, I hate this workout really. It's entirely too long, the same thing for one and a half ours is terrible. I did do pushups throughout again and am getting better at balance postures, so I'm doing better but still hate this workout.
Diet is clean, I ran out of food pretty much have to go to Kroger tonight so I can make dinner and then will go to Sam's Club tomorrow for a restocking.

Legs and Back and ARX tomorrow, looking forward to it, it's going to be a hell of a workout. Thinking about doing Plyo on saturday again instead of Kenp but we'll see when the time comes. I might try and start substituting an Insanity workout in on my cardio days. Anyway... it's the weekend for me so I'm out of here.
