Days 4 and 5, Yoga and Legs & Back

My router has been acting up lately but we did a firmware upgrade on it today so hopefully I'll actually be able to post this blog.

Day 4 was one of the toughest times I've had doing any of the P90X workouts. The workout was so challenging because of how weak my legs and arms are from the previous workouts this week. After doing the whole workout I felt much better and very energized and of course more calm of mind too. It seemed to really help my 3 hour drive that I went on directly after to go home.

Day 5 was a different story, I finally made my way to Sam's Club and did some shopping. I now have the foods I need to meet my caloric needs and nail the proteins, carbs, and fats ratios. Legs and Back was tough because I was weak once again from previous workouts. I pushed it to the limit and then ripped open ARX. Haven't been able to input my diet into myfitnesspal, but I've been keeping myself in line. Will bring you my Kenpo blog later today. and I'll have my diet input into myfitnesspal for everyone to see. Until the next time I'm out, keep pushing Play.
