Day 20 was Legs and Back and ARX and I was reluctant to do it. I really didn't want to do legs and back but I did anyway. I know that I said, "I was looking forward to it" but, working out on the weekends is just much harder for me than during the week. But i got it done and I feel
Diet was clean but I was low on calories overall so I need to get those up so I don't plateau.
Kenpo next time, keep pushing play.
