So day 11 was supposed to be yoga x, however I got home late from class and was feeling a little sick so I decided to move yoga x to Sunday, and take my day of rest for day 11. I've stuck well to the diet today and since I wasn't working out I had a small calorie deficit.

I think I'm going to add another meal every day and have smaller portions. It will make it easier to hit my totals.
