Days 33, 34, and 35

So today's post is going to cover 3 days.

To the my disappointment, I missed workouts on Friday and Saturday. I'm upset at myself but just didn't make time in my day to workout. I kept my diet clean and actually at 1 less snack and meal ( partly because of lack of time and partly because I missed my workouts ) so I still had an ok amount of calories.

Day 35, I ate my regular breakfast and then did Stretch X. Being Valentines day I strayed from the diet somewhat, not keeping my ratios but still eating "clean" My girlfriend cooked me a 12 oz Ribeye, Sauteed Onions with Cilantro,Pan grilled Asparagus and Bell Peppers, and 2 hollowed out tomatoes with 1/4th an avocado and 1/8th a cup of cottage cheese mixed stuffed in it. I also had a few glasses pinot noir.

I'm gonna be back on track today( Haven't worked out yet am in class but diet's good) and will post my blog for today later if I have time, if not expect an update tomorrow.
