Today was Plyo, I was tired and I felt like I hyper extended my knee at first so I took a break put some icyhot on it and got back into it an hour later. The break helped, I started doing much better ended up pushing my self hard throughout and was exhausted at the end.
The diet has been phenomenal today, I went over on Proteins(not really a bad thing) and had 154 calorie deficit of my projected totals.
Back & Bi's tomorrow + ARX. I'm looking forward to this one. My back is feeling much better today I think it just needed rest and some Ibuprofen. Well that's all for now...
