So today was kenpo x... again. This routine although quick has become as much of a workout as a light jog. I had to up the intensity to get my heart rate up. I did it again with my 3lb weighted gloves, and added 5lb ankle weights. Adding all the weight really helped, I was legitimately tired from Kenpo X afterward.
My diet's been clean, I'm low on protein powder so I haven't been having my shakes in the day.

Stretch X tomorrow... I take back what I said yesterday, I'm glad for the recovery week, my body needed the break.
