Today was Back and Biceps. It was pretty fun, arx was tough but I definitely feel like I'm getting better as the program goes on. This will be pretty short today, as I'm pretty tired.
Diet, I missed dinner today so i have a Huge deficit, will have to fix that tomorrow, good thing I didn't run today I'd be way under.
Yoga X tomorrow... I wonder if I'll be as flexible as last time.
